Google Announces Pixel 8 Smartphones and Pixel Watch 2 Smartwatches in October Event
Following Apple’s footsteps, Google has revealed the date for its upcoming fall product presentation. The event, where the company is set to unveil its latest offerings, is scheduled for October 6th.
According to the invitations being sent out to users, the event will take place in the United States on October 4th, just a month away from now.
During the presentation, Google will introduce its new flagship smartphone lineup, consisting of the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. These devices are expected to come with redesigned aesthetics, a new proprietary processor, improved camera systems, and enhanced battery life.
Additionally, Google is set to showcase the Pixel Watch 2 smartwatches. These smartwatches are anticipated to feature the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 or Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chip and will come equipped with new and improved functionalities.
The announcements align with the tech industry’s fall tradition of unveiling new products, and Google’s event promises to provide enthusiasts with insights into the company’s latest innovations.
